Go to Project overview page, e.g. by pressing Tieto DevOps Space link in the upper left corner of portal, and then press the button which will show a new modal window where user can request a new project.
|Only the name of the project and customer's billing identifiers are required to be filled.|
Please select one of the billing types:
- Project number and project task
- Cost Center
A notification message is showed up " Cost center/Project number not found, a new will be automatically created" when a new project number or cost center we filled is not yet used on the portal. Once we saved CC/Project number, it will be automatically usable for our project.
Service fees could be covered either by Cost center to which the employee belongs or by project budget, it depends on the selection. Please contact your project manager or project number owner to define billing information.
When you are creating a new project "create virtual resources" is not turned on by default in which case only SaaS applications can be used in the project. It can always be turned on at a later stage by contacting support. If you will need more resources when the project is created then also contact support.
Please contact Support via email firstname.lastname@example.org in case you want to remove the project.
