We are pleased to inform you that the issue with our infrastructure provider has been successfully resolved. All systems are now fully operational, and almost all services have been restored to their normal functioning state.

TDS Services are currently experiencing some challenges

Since May 28, we have been experiencing a significant service disruption due to an incident recorded as Global MIM for Tietoevry OpenStack (TCO). This has severely impacted our ability to maintain running servers and services for both our key external customers and Tietoevry’s shared instances and dedicated PaaS services.

The disruption has critically hindered normal operations for both Tietoevry users and our external customers.

We are working intensively with TCO technicians and management to resolve this issue promptly. However, we are currently dependent on malfunctioning physical infrastructure beyond our control. While we are resolving issues daily, new problems may arise.

We understand the significant impact on your operations and assure you we are doing everything possible to restore standard and stable availability of our PaaS services.

All TDS SaaS instances are currently operational and running smoothly.

Please contact our support if you encounter PaaS server availability issues. We will coordinate our and TCO efforts to fix the issue as soon as possible.
